The Index

/ˈɪndɛks/ noun

  1. a set of cards for finding the information you're after.
  2. a measure of something, written down to take with you, or to understand yourself or someone you love a little better.

Everything here belongs to the organisation or researchers named on its card, and links to their website, so you always get their current version. None of it diagnoses anything. Some give you something on paper to take to your GP, so the conversation starts from what has been happening rather than what you only remember in the room. Others are there so you, or someone you love, understand more of what's going on.

Each drawer is one topic. Pull one open, then open a card to see what it asks, what it's for and what it won't tell you. Turn the card over for who made it and why I'm sharing it. Switch to List for a plain text version.
